I just had my 31st birthday and unfortunately have been suffering from urine leakage on laughing, sneezing or doing exercise, following giving birth to my daughter 2 years ago. The urine leakage besides being a issue, that worsened by recurrent water infection bouts that warranted wearing panty liners all the day. You can imagine the huge impact limiting my daily & family life.
