Discipline shows up small. It's about doing the same boring thing each day even when nothing exciting is happening. AxaVive plays well with that mindset because there's no drama attached to it. You use it, you carry on with your day, and you move forward. That kind of low-effort discipline is what I look for, since elaborate routines tend to collapse the first time life gets busy. A simple, repeatable habit is far more valuable in practice.
